Plyo Power® is a technique based sports specific training system, targeting any level of fitness.
Plyo Power’s mission is to introduce and implement a simplified, functional and fun approach to individual and group exercise that focus on the precision of sports conditioning movements. Our objective is to assemble and meticulously train a legion of Plyo Power Instructors who display Passion, Performance & Purpose every time they teach. We here at Plyo Power® refer to them as: X-Factor Athletes
The Plyo Power® Program has been used in a variety of different ways since 1997. It has been taught as a sports specific conditioning class, aerobics class, used as a great addition to Boot Camp interval classes, implemented as an injury prevention and rehabilitation tool, as an athletic precursor to Plyometrics and so much more.
This athletic-based cardiovascular legs program takes a mind/body approach into sports specific training. By mastering the mechanics of squatting, lunging & simple agilities you can find/rediscover the athlete inside you! Beginner to advance encouraged!
